I love the people in Mississippi and Alabama...they are sooo Southern...one gas station we stopped at..Susan asked the clerk of the little maps on display were free..she said "Bless your heart"..."they are a dollar"..and she went on blessing our hearts to every thing we said...we just talked to her to see how many times she would say that...isn't that sweet?..Bless her heart..and in Mississippi...no matter where you go if a man is entering the building at the same time you are...He will hold the door for you...

Whenever there's southern folk on television shows you can bet good money they either are evil or turn out to be evil. Are you now telling me I shouldn't trust those handy stereotypes American tv has provided me with? What's next? Brits that aren't sophisticated? Black people who don't speak jive? Canadians that aren't friendly?
What's this world coming to?
